      Top heavy, poorly managed

      Pros

      Possibility to be transferred to overseas offices (although it is not a smooth experience)

      Cons

      Extremely top heavy, run by layers of management with minimal engineering skills. There are few engineers at the bottom of this, who are permanently overloaded and have very limited options for growth. Poorly rated by clients as they continuously fail to deliver to an acceptable standard.

      You think this world wide organisation will support you in your career with opportunity and guidance but it is the opposite. It is toxic.

      Cons

      HR heavy. Too many online courses. HR just boxes. Terrible. No support. No training. Up to yourself. No recognition.
