Pros
- Very Structured - Stable - Nice People to work with and for (Probably one of the nicest set of PM's I've ever work with who are cool under pressure) - Very flexible with time off and let you select your own work periods - Opportunity to move up or to different offices
Cons
- Poor Company culture , not enough events and points where you can really mingle with an office of 300+ ( I think that this is the company's biggest downfall - they lose out on the opportunity to really make this place a great place to work instead of just a good/stable place to spend 37.5 hours of your time every week) - Different departments work separately from each other
