Pros
Opportunity to grow from where you started. 3 months in is around the timeframe to get a better gig within the restaurant. Management was solid, people were solid. They do 3 training days (Where you work once per week with someone training you).
Cons
Not greatest hours. Brutal/Long work. (For men - bussing, dishwashing, For Women- Breadgirl) Pay could be better, but it improves as your station improves.
