A campany that modernised it machinerys and who everybody is friendly and takes car about what they do. Good benefits.
Cons
sometimes working 7 days of 12 hours is a lot for me. Working in the weekend. Machines need a lot of cleaning and the temperature in the summer is very hot cause we don't have air conditioner.
