Good opportunity to learn team player and helpful colleagues caring and highly motivated superior training is available
Cons
Workload is a bit too much, but still adaptable if manage time accordingly. Occasionally, end user will abuse the word "urgent" to attempt to get their things done in higher priority and fastest time as possible while actually there's other high priority task which should be focused first.
