No Pros... In India it is run by goons and sweet talkers... they will never confirm your employment status..In fact they will use you and throw people out once they have gotten the job done. please remember .. if an employer doesn't give confirmation to an employee then the person can be fired form the organisation any time with just one months pay...
Cons
full of downsides.. no SAP system even after 2 years of operation in India.. management believes in boot-lickers. the whole thing in India is run by spineless people.. sweet talkers who fool employee in believing that they are a family... they use you abuse you and then spit you out In india.. they are ESK...
