Broad range of technical topics to specialize in 4. Awesome mentoring and teaching environment - SWO has a lot of expert-level resources able to answer any questions within the subject area. 5. A sense of belonging, and that what one does for the company and the customer really matters at a profound level.
Cons
Company is growing so fast that it is difficult to keep up with all of the change. Becomes more difficult to pinpoint where one fits within the broad range of offerings. Not always great communication around acquisitions, other than "hey, we acquired another company today that does x-y-z".
