Pros
The company has got demonstrable learning opportunities e.g. presales, consulting, operations and IT services like cloud. Internal movements are easy for the people who are doing good in their current roles. Salaries are as per the industry standard and may be better in some cases.
Cons
Salary structure is demoralizing, 75% salary + 18.75 performance bonus + 6.25% EBITDA is not right for the people in operations, there is no guarantee of receiving 6.25% of the salary altogether, this is huge for the people who are tenured and are on hire band. People in sales play gods, over commit without consulting operations and than make them work unpaid overtime, they have too much of interference in operations, the leaders in operations are almost neglected. They hire salesman in operations, SLT is not ready to take anonymous feedback they want people to come to them for their problems and than 'helps' them leave the organization.
