      -good life balance ( Home and office) -good pay / Hike -Corporate feel

      No Cons as such, however i have noticed in my tenure that R & R is not based on merit or tenure here. Given to new folks or people with good repo / contacts here

      Slow internal processes, over committing/under delivering, reselling is a nightmare here, Many customers are leaving due to poor experience the past few years
