6yThank you for your feedback. Great to see the positives (although I am not sure if 'lack of training' is a positive or an error?). It would be great to have some context about 'new management' or 'no promotion' - we would like to improve but it is challenging to react in a constructive manner without knowing a little more about which region / or business area you are referring to.
