Thank you for your 10+ years at SofterWare! You’re right that our employee tenure is well outside the norm of most businesses, and one of the things we’re most proud of as a company.

It's great to hear you’ve been open to exploring new roles at SofterWare so that you can continue to grow your career here. Hopefully, you’ve found it to be a rewarding experience and a great way to learn all aspects of the business.
We completely agree about the benefits of being privately owned. Instead of focusing on what's best for shareholders, we focus on what’s best for our staff and customers. This also plays a role regarding your thoughts on the competitive landscape, and our performance. SofterWare is committed to producing the best software and providing the best service, and as you noted, we’re in the midst of the largest expansion of our software development team in our history. Tied to the continued investment in the best onboarding, training and customer care teams in the business, we’re well positioned to continue to help our clients succeed.
