Pros
Company treats his employees as slaves. Employees are asked to put the fake reviews in favor of company to overcome the negative reviews posted by employees. Senior Management is seriously under qualified. No one is ready to hear your problems, you can be fired any time (job security doesn’t exist), working hour is hectic, and they behave like King, Bad leave policy.
Cons
No Appraisal: They delay appraisal every time and when the time comes they will find a stupid reason to fire you or like in other cases will ask you for a peaceful resignation. Rules and Regulations are not like IT Company, where IT professionals work, but like a company where labor works.
