Terrible management, they use their time to have teams meeting forget their staff and ignore their wellbeing. No progression no payrises instead long hours working alone and with extra tasks given every day, constant changes. Stress leves are high due to lack of supportive management. Area managers never have time for the staff as they're always on meetings. Worse mworking conditions day by day. Most staff is leaving because of poor management everyone is just a.number no respect.
