very stingy and calculative, bad salary, NO benefits at all. I am asked to use my cell phone and go to meet client/suppliers but not a cent of allowance is granted. The working culture is very political. Messy organization!! I am always asked to work during weekend and even on my day off. No compensation will be offered for OT!!
