Cons
Upper management is a nightmare. They don't seem to know how human beings function, just how Sobeys The Company would prefer human beings functioned, including both staff and customers. 400 audits to ensure safety of us and people eating the food would be great, except they are all clearly exercises meant to diminish us and cause undue stress. Standard operating procedures would make sense, except when you're not allowed to remove cheese from a sandwich at customer request. Scheduling is done with very little concern for availability, is never consistent, and only generated two days before next possible shift.
