Depending on the store you get, staff is friendly and most store managers are accomodating. Staff discount is at 50% off. Good for a part time experience.
Cons
No AWS. Reimbursement of medical leave is up to $25. Foreigners must pay up to 2 months of their pay for every contract renewal. They are highly dependant on offers and promotions which requires constant vm changes and updates of which sometimes announced at the very last minute. Promos tend to overlap and clash with each other. Favouritism within higher management. Short of staff most of the time and management do not care when staff is overworked and exhausted. Management is only about sales and reducing as much labour hours as possible. There is no proper exit interview and feedback is not taken seriously. Please avoid joining this place unless you would just like to experience as a part timer.
