Terrible Company - Assistant Manager Smashburger Employee Review

Everyone was friendly and had an overall nice environment.

I wouldn’t say there are any cons

There isn’t many pros about this company besides it helps you grow in a kitchen if trained properly.

Management is a joke, Teamwork is a joke. Manager’s will be on their phones while you’re only one cook in the back running everything and never offer to help and when they do it’s barely any. The higher ups will expect so much out of you and run you into the ground with work then wonder why you’re so burnt out. It doesn’t feel like a job but more like torture working here and that’s just a start of what goes on here.
