      You learn people skills, the ability to multitask, and even learn how the food is prepared

      Cons

      You have a lot on your plate and are sometimes understaffed. You will sometimes have to deal with customers angry at things that are not your fault.

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
