Incredibly fast moving company. Fun young company from Top leadership down this is a young and vibrant company filled with passionate people. You will learn to be successful, the motto here is that we are "unapologetically results driven", the side effect is great operators. Quality of life is some of the best I have ever seen if you put the proactive work in.
Cons
Not easy, this company will challenge you to be the best you can be. You can't coast through things like schedules. You need to select, hire, and train awesome people ir you will have harder days.
