      Pros

      The employees are treated like family, the office atmosphere is fun, and it's clear that the employees are cared for and are made to feel important. Great community service opportunities as well.

      They over pay a few people and under pay others.

      Pros

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
