Pros
Outstanding work life balance, and one of the best work cultures I've ever seen. Very friendly people and a mostly apolitical environment. A very good product that customers love.
Cons
The culture is starting to change as a result of the Salesforce acquisition, mostly for the worse. Some perks and benefits were taken away in the last 6 months. Compensation is fine, but falls short of the top tech companies.
