Unfortunately, the executives at this company only care about one thing, and that's money. Someone needs to remind them without your staff, your people, your team - there is no Skinkandy! This company is constantly described as a 'fast growing rocketship'....but this rocketship is about to combust and disintegrate into thin air at any point. When you're growing at such a fast rate, but don't have the processes, procedures, or a good, solid foundation in place, you will never be able to succeed, unfortunately. They say that 'People & Culture' are a priority, but culture cannot be created by the HR team. Culture rolls down from the top, and if the top execs care about nothing but money, that's what's going to trickle down..... The staff turnover here is higher than anywhere else I've ever worked. They can't get good, hardworking staff to stick around, because the pay is low, the respect from above is low, the organisation of EVERYTHING is terrible and staff are promoted out of necessity, meaning that you've essentially got the blind leading the blinder. New execs will grow this business at an alarmingly fast rate, just to sell it to investors who care even less, and then this company is going to fall to the ground. I'm glad I got out now.
