Worst workplace I’ve ever experienced. Management is deeply unsupportive and creates a toxic, fear-based environment. Staff are made to feel guilty for being sick, and mistakes are met with immediate threats of write-ups rather than guidance or support. Training is rushed and inadequate, with people being signed off on piercings far too quickly, leaving staff feeling unconfident and unsafe rather than properly prepared. KPIs are prioritised over staff wellbeing, and employees are consistently overworked to the point of exhaustion. Pay does not reflect the workload or responsibility, and staff are undervalued and underappreciated. Management openly talks badly about employees to other staff, which causes bullying, gossip, and an extremely uncomfortable workplace culture. Overall, it’s an environment where you constantly feel like you’re walking on eggshells. Many people are pushed or bullied into leaving rather than supported to grow. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone.
