Not much at all, can be some drought to work

Senior leadership is communicative and transparent about how the company is doing. Even though education has been hit hard over the past few years the company actually seems to be doing better than before. Everyone is rally focused on our customers. The company has removed some really toxic personalities recently. Very accepting culture.

Benefits are mixed. 401K match, flexible time off, and fitness reimbursement are great, but the healthcare needs to be better.
