Pros
The CEO, Aaron, is probably one of the smartest people I will ever meet. Great vision and very relaxed guy that works hard. One of those people that makes you want to work harder just seeing how he does it. The company itself is going after a field with lots of room for disruption and what you work on isn't just some app, but rather tech that is challenging and innovative. You will learn more on the job there in a year then you could in 3 years on your own.
Cons
The company can feel like working in a standard company at times.
