I applied online. I interviewed at SitePro (Irving, TX)
Interview
It was a 2 step proces that consisted of first meeting with branch mgrs and then meeting district and local sales managers. After that the background check and drug test required.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at SitePro (Lubbock, TX) in Nov 2018
Interview
Getting the interview itself took about a month as they were going through managerial changes (their words, not mine). The interview was supposed to be with a CEO and two people from the San Antonio office. The CEO did not show up to the interview; instead one of the San Antonio people happened to be on site and interviewed me with the other San Antonio person and the CEO on the phones. It was apparent in the interview that they were unsure what a data analyst could do for them. I was told the next day that there would be a data science test for all the candidates, 'available shortly next week'. I had to check back with them two weeks later to hear that they moved forward with other candidates instead. Again, the lack of organization at all levels of the company is apparent. Hopefully their hiring process is much more streamlined in the future.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"Why do you want to be a data analyst", "why are you interested in SitePro", "how would you go about figuring out if a data point is an outlier"

Interview
I have been contacted by a recruiter for the company to setup an interview, the phone interview was with the CEO, which was a few personality questions, after that they setup another interview with the team via skype that tool around an hour talking about the company and the project.
the CEO is amazing and super friendly, and everybody there were nice, no technical question were asked during the interview.
I would have loved to work with such company but it wasn't aligned with my expectations.
