      Pros

      -Coming from big company experience most of my career, I always had an attraction for working at a start-up. At Sisense, I found many tools, systems, processes were well in place. Not perfect but much better than I expected. -I enjoy building and creating so I was able to leverage my prior experience in a great way -Culture is fantastic and very collaborative -People are passionate about the company and care about their careers -Leadership vision I feel is aligned

      Cons

      -Overall, I don' think Sisense has the brand that other competitors have in the BI space but have an amazing product and I've seen them take steps in the right direction to win in this area

      Thanks for this, its all about the people and product and I'm happy you are appreciating both. I could have not asked for a better product or team. Passionate, Collaborative and Innovative. Awareness is something we always work to strengthen. The past 12 months of recognition from the likes of Gartner or G2Crowd and other help in this area, as well as our own customers word of mouth. Having said that it is still a BIG thing to work on and keep investing in as you said, and not an obvious one.

      Pros

      The company culture at Sisense is truly collaborative, supportive, and positive. Leadership has prioritized finding great people, and it shows. There is a strong sense of camaraderie across all teams. Everyone hired here is carefully selected and highly skilled. Working alongside such talented professionals is incredibly motivating and constantly pushes me to develop my own skills. The work is meaningful, and the projects are challenging. I feel my contributions are valued and directly contribute to our success. We operate in a highly competitive market, which means we are constantly challenged to innovate and execute at a high level.
