We take your concerns about management style, training, and role clarity seriously, and we are committed to ensuring that all employees receive the support and guidance they need to succeed. We understand the importance of clear expectations and effective training, and regularly review these areas to make improvements moving forward. In a recent staff survey, a current staff member commented on what they loved about their role:
"Lots of things, providing the team with what they need and good training. Trips to build client relations and allowing analysts to become experts. The roles are engaging and a wonderful opportunity".
Regarding the flexibility in working hours, we strive to create a fair and equitable environment for all employees, and we will be addressing your feedback to ensure consistency across teams. A recent staff survey highlighted the following from an existing staff member:
