      Pros

      Great culture and smart people. (Most) people want you to succeed and are helpful. Great parties. Opportunities to grow. Still a leader in their space.

      Cons

      Moving quite slowly. Pretty low expectations across the board combined with a complex codebase, leads to very long product development cycles. A lot of variance in pay between positions/locations, leading to situations where managers earn less than the people they manage. Make sure HR leadership does more than preach inclusion and diversity in a tone-deaf way.

      Pros

      Historically had good pros (but they are disappearing). Still has a very good healthcare plan, good people, and a flexible office policy.

      Cons

      Lots of big changes with a merger and a PE firm coming in. Many well liked leaders choosing to leave. Processes and strategy disappearing. Communication from leadership becoming less transparent.
