      Pros

      Excellent place to learn, grow, contribute. Opportunities to achieve are plentiful, people are really great to work with, lots of respect for opinions and openly discussing ideas

      Cons

      People are so nice they have a hard time saying No to things, but in order to scale it will be a skill many will need to sharpen and be supported in doing. Its a WIP.

      Pros

      Historically had good pros (but they are disappearing). Still has a very good healthcare plan, good people, and a flexible office policy.

      Cons

      Lots of big changes with a merger and a PE firm coming in. Many well liked leaders choosing to leave. Processes and strategy disappearing. Communication from leadership becoming less transparent.
