Pros
snacks and drinks, most who work here are good people
Cons
Where to begin.. For a company that prides itself on its "award winning culture" there's a huge disconnect on what actually qualifies as a great culture. Yes, unlimited PTO and catered in lunch once a week is nice, but what employees really want is mentorship, helpfulness, & managers who are hands on and want to see their team be successful. For a small company there is a lot of office politics that you will inevitably be dragged into. Boy's club mentality. Higher management is all white males besides *surprise* marketing. Men to woman ratio is very high, with no active efforts to level the ratio. No mentorship programs. No career mapping, and very little promoting/hiring from within the company. Very high turn over, every week several people leave. You will work with people who try to get ahead at their coworkers expense. Very caddy behavior from those who have been at the Chicago office since it's inception (a little over 1 1/2 years ago) those who started in the beginning stick together.
