      Pros

      Working at Showpad is like being on a rollercoaster. You'll get a chance to learn so much from so many talented people around you while moving at the speed of light. You're a part of the family from day one and get to work with/for some of the greatest customers to bring value to them. The offices are so cool with a great vibe that you will never want to leave!

      Cons

      This is not a place for people live within their comfort zone. Be prepared to work hard, be flexible and step out of your comfort zone every day!

      Pros

      Historically had good pros (but they are disappearing). Still has a very good healthcare plan, good people, and a flexible office policy.

      Cons

      Lots of big changes with a merger and a PE firm coming in. Many well liked leaders choosing to leave. Processes and strategy disappearing. Communication from leadership becoming less transparent.
