Good smart people, nice location, interesting technology, friendly casual atmosphere. Mid-level managers are really caring and competent
Cons
Silos and poor communications due to multiple locations of senior managers and bizarre organizational matrix. Poorest benefits I've ever had. Below market pay, Management by fear and intimidation from very senior managers.
