Pros
benifits are second to none, 5k HSA, standing desk, chair perk, macbooks all around. Salary is great too, regardlesss of all these pros all tenured folks are leaving left and right
Cons
- verticalization makes 0 sense - management has 0 clue how to hit their targets targets are beyond unrealistic - management are looking for scapegoats on each team, i've personally seen new hires being targetted and thrown under the bus by management to cover their own selves. I would avoid this company like the plague for the next year or two. Their strategy to go upmarket is clearly not working, CRO bobby does not know which direction to go anymore. Would not be surprised if he left in the near future
