      decent culture in the APAC team

      shady business practices layoffs every quarter illegally reduced most employees pay in 2023 - was just recently advised by a lawyer this was totally illegal

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

      Great folks to work alongside. Work-life balance can be good, but depends upon the team/organization you are on.

      Continuous layoffs have led to a poor work culture.
