      Pros

      Work from home. Some lovely team mates. Fast paced and provides learning opportunities daily.

      Cons

      The culture has changed a lot. Upper management doesn't care about it's support team, feels like they are all about the numbers now. Lay offs without cause and they employ cheap incompetent staff instead.

      Pros

      - decent culture built around supporting entrepreneurship - availability of AI tooling - fully remote

      Cons

      - low and non-competitive pay compared to other tech companies - backwards comp and impact system they think is "innovative" and unique, but it's really just a system to keep comp and titles capped
