Pros
It's a huge company with plenty of opportunities, but despite the size, it still feels like a startup and has that same buzz. Management is great, and I'm able to self-manage with minimal micromanagement from my supervisor. The other people on my team are great to work with as well. The company also has a strong remote culture - unlike other companies where I've worked, I don't feel undervalued as a remote employee. 10/10, would recommend.
Cons
It's a huge company with a ton going on, so it's easy to feel like you're out of the loop or not making a big impact. Compensation also seems a bit low.
