Pros
Product is world class. Some very brilliant, talented people working there
Cons
The organizational culture is defined by a lack of trust and employee value, where staff are treated as interchangeable assets rather than key contributors. Following several rounds of layoffs, there is a significant trust deficit regarding the SLT, ELT, and CEO. A lack of transparency and integrity in executive decision-making has created a high-pressure environment where job insecurity often drives counterproductive behaviors and internal politics as people struggle to maintain their roles. Furthermore, the company views the sales department primarily as a cost center rather than a strategic area for investment. Because the product is strong, leadership neglects the development of the sales org, offering minimal resources for professional growth or skill-building. Ambitious sales professionals will likely find the environment stagnant, as recognition and support are generally limited to one’s relationship with their direct manager rather than being reflected in the broader company culture. I would not recommend hungry, aspiring sales professionals work here.
