Pros
- Most positions are fully remote and offer a flexible schedule.
- Great resume booster for any entry-level or mid-level position.
- As always, some employees are genuinely driven and show strong character.
Cons
- Very low pay even after years at the company. Raises are rare, minimal, and fail to recognize high performance or additional responsibilities. Competitors in the same industry offer higher starting salaries than what employees here can earn even after several years.
- Most workers are contractors with no benefits. This includes no PTO, health insurance, or retirement contributions.
- No extra compensation during holidays or high-demand periods. Employees are expected to handle increased workload without incentives.
- Management is inconsistent and lacks accountability. Decisions are frequently reversed, poorly planned, or last-minute.
- Favoritism and nepotism affect decision-making. Personal relationships often outweigh merit.
- AI is overused and poorly implemented. Low-quality outputs are accepted as long as they appear “good enough,” and it is difficult to challenge this because the CEO constantly overrides and undercuts leadership.
- Extremely invasive employee monitoring is in place. Tracking includes activity, mouse tracking, periodic screenshots, and detailed computer usage information.
