This company is a joke. They bring people on this platform saying you're an independent contractor, but has rules as if you are an employee. If you break those rules you get points that will eventually terminate you from their company. You have to answer to Supervisors and "fit in" for cool points as if you would in Corporate America. The scheduling system is a joke. You either pick a series of shifts during the event or can't work the event at all. If you know what an Independent Contractor employee really is, you wouldn't waste time with this company.
