Cliquey staff, feels like progression only possible for the ‘in group’ Long shifts with half hour paid break only Managers do not stay until end of evening shifts, can cause problems if any complaints

Pros

I’m proud to work at the Sheraton Charlotte Airport hotel and be part of a team that truly cares about our guests and team members. From the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance, everyone works hard to create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable experience. Management is supportive, teamwork is encouraged, and it’s rewarding to see guests leave happy and appreciated. I’m grateful to work for a company that values both its team members and its customers.

I have had a very positive experience overall and cannot identify any significant cons.
