Pros
Sharp Memorial is a great place to work with awesome coworkers. It can be really busy, but for the most part there is a lot of support and great culture. There are great benefits as well. Pay is competitive in comparison to other systems.
Cons
Workload has increased over the years. Upper management could be more present/visible on inpatient units.
