They value patients but not employees. There is little or no chance for advancement, no matter how hard you work, you will feel "stuck" in a dead beat job, under paid & worse of all disrespected. High level of backstabbing with management, continuous need to have a bad attitude & treat employees like they are slaves & enemies. Incompetent supervisors (my recent one spent more time surfing the internet & gossiping rather then her work). Hardly any employee recognition, not even a thank you for all your hard work through email. You are often put down. If you stick up for yourself, they will find a way to terminate you (Retaliation).

(1) Poor leadership skills (2) HR lacks the motivation to resolve workplace issues (3) Toxic work place filled with corruption and dirty politics by management (4) "No Voice System" for employees with real concerns (5) Pretty from the outside but ugly from the inside
