      Overall focused on mission of providing great care.

      Cons

      Tendency to overwork staff. Always adding new tasks to job without taking any away so job as outlined is undoable so people take shortcuts in order to stay employed.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
