Pros

Working from home Some people are nice quizzes with prizes Good starter job

Cons

Wages & Bonus is poor Holidays - 21 total Expectations - managers and senior managers harrassing people for productivity and pointless calls for metrics, but don't pay enough to warrant what they demand. Some managers actually dont care about calls as long as the pipeline is moving. Sadly this is the minority. Constant pestering whilst on pto which is unprofessional and leads to stress. HR Outside sales Good people get punished for being a good worker and not allowed a job/team switch due to selfish managers who dont want to lose them - this doesnt benefit the company

Pros

If you don’t want to advance your career it’s a good place to be.

Cons

There are no raises for employees regardless of performance. There’s a high turnover with counselor and admin positions
