Pros

Client training is extremely 100% great, free coffee & tea, staff are friendly.

Cons

The company does not look after their staff or pay what we deserve, we are treated like slaves in this company and are required to invest long hours towards end of quarter for client needs yet they don't increase salary or pay overtime. When you ask line managers for support the attitude that they have is not enough time for 121 so you are always palmed off and left dealing with issues on your own accord. The Wall Street stock is down at the lowest it has ever been and they wonder why this is??? it is very simple to understand, look after your staff and they will look after your business and drive to do well if they are respected and appreciated as equal human beings, I would recommend to work for this company as a short term stepping stone as there are no career progressions or pay rises as they are down sizing the business by making staff redundant to then employ from external at a lower base salary.

Pros

If you don’t want to advance your career it’s a good place to be.

Cons

There are no raises for employees regardless of performance. There’s a high turnover with counselor and admin positions
