Pros

steady work (most of the time) a lot of driving time overtime pay, and benefits

Cons

management is garbage hours suck there is no set schedule, they just work you until you quit get sent out of state for months at a time with no set return date no raises, or bonuses have to clean up suicides and murders on occasion, deal with sewage, and mold.

Pros

There are lots of pros, positive work environment, nice and kind team to work with. Management is open and communicative and provides lots of support and training.

Cons

There really are not too many, restoration requires some long work hours, buts thats typical!

decent starting pay and company vehicle

Cons

Owners care more about supporting their lifestyle than anything. False promises, no basic training, daily threats, asked to commit insurance fraud, outdated equipment-vehicles-facilities. a "Do more with less" mindset. Try to nickel and dime their own employees by charging outrageous amounts for anything they "issue" you. If you leave without offering a two week notice, they drop your pay to minimum wage. Not enough work to keep you busy doing what you were hired for and they bounce you around performing whatever they want you to.
