Pros

If I had to name something positive, the facility was maintained well. Beyond that, honestly, I'm struggling to find anything.

Cons

You can work your tail off day after day and absolutely nothing changes — no acknowledgement, no appreciation, no one even bothers saying thanks or good job, just... nothing. The work gets done because you do it, but nobody ever mentions it or credits you for it, and honestly it starts wearing you down. I watched people put in serious effort and it just gets swallowed up like it never happened. Management doesn't even seem to notice when you're putting in extra. It's like you're invisible to them — the place runs because of you, but they won't acknowledge it. After a while you stop caring because why would you care if no one else does?

Hands-on projects which let you use AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D printing skills in real design work. Excellent collaboration with engineers. Training opportunities are available, and the company covers learning costs.

It’s a company where you can count on people to help when you’re on a tough job. I like that there’s always someone to call if something unexpected happens. I handle pool system checks and repairs, and the right parts are ready when I need them. I appreciate the steady pay and the chance to learn new things on site.

Cons

Workdays sometimes start very early
