Nothing significant to mention other than gaining experience in how not to manage people.
Cons
Extremely toxic leadership, especially from the CTO (Salman Yousaf). Employees are treated like personal servants rather than professionals. Unrealistic expectations and deadlines are forced upon staff. Saying "no" to unreasonable requests leads to personal grudges. Retaliation is common – tasks are deliberately assigned to set employees up for failure, and biased performance reviews follow. No concept of work-life balance, respect, or fair treatment. Growth opportunities are non-existent as favoritism overrides merit.
