Pros

Good incentives- yearly bonus, great 401k matching.

Cons

Can be hard to move up in the company, insurance high rates, maternity leave- need to be employed 5 full years before getting full 6 weeks paid and the first week you need to use your personal PTO before maternity leave pay starts.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I noticed most of your review was in regards to benefits, both what you like and where you see opportunities to improve. As you may have seen, we just wrapped up our associate benefits survey where we asked all associates to share what benefits are most important to them—I hope you had an opportunity to share your feedback. We’ll use those responses as we evaluate our current benefits packages. Regarding your comment about maternity leave, we updated that program a few years ago to support associates’ healing and family bonding time. Please contact your HR representative to discuss the different support resources we have available to expanding families. Cons

on call sucks so bad, more flexible work from home schedule would be nice
